Technical and campaign data: referring website and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and Google Ads click identifier (gclid), when present in the link you arrived from.

To respond to your request, prepare and deliver estimates, schedule and confirm inspections and appointments, perform the work you hire us for, provide customer support, and comply with our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We also use aggregate campaign data to understand which marketing channels bring homeowners to our website.

Mobile information is used only to communicate with you. We use the phone number you provide to send appointment confirmations, reminders, estimate follow-ups, project updates, and answers to your questions.
